Janet is a nationally respected trial attorney known for her skill and success in the courtroom. Janet has represented clients in hundreds of complex divorce and custody cases. Despite her skill as a litigator, Janet’s cases are routinely resolved amicably whenever possible to save the client the time, cost and pain involved in litigation. Janet is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She was also selected to be a Fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, an organization of the nation’s top divorce attorneys.

Erika D. Puente
Firm Administrator
Erika serves as Firm Administrator and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. As Firm Administrator, Erika is involved in a wide range of activities in all phases of administration, human resources, finance, accounting, and information technology. She has been in the legal field for over 15 years.
When not at work, Erika enjoys working out, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Joshua Roberts
Paralegal
Josh was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He studied criminal justice at the University of Texas in San Antonio and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree 2010. After graduation, Josh worked as a legal assistant/case manager for Jones, Andrews & Ortiz, and later Watts Guerra, LLP.
In 2015 he moved to Austin, and started his professional career with The Law Office of Janet McCullar. Josh has over fifteen years experience working within the legal profession.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys running a company as a wedding photographer with his wife. He enjoys photography, outdoor activities, working out, and traveling.

Sandra Guel Orta
Paralegal
Sandra is from Rio Grande City, Texas. She began her legal career as a secretary in a local law firm while still attending high school. After her high school graduation, Sandra moved to Houston, Texas and continued her career at a law firm there where she was the head paralegal on all of the firm’s Family Law cases. In 1998, Sandra relocated to Georgetown, Texas and has worked primarily in Family Law since that time. In 2018, after 20 years of doing paralegal work in Central Texas, Sandra became Board Certified in Family Law. Sandra and her husband Eduardo still reside in Georgetown Texas, where they raised 5 children and are now spoiling 3 grandchildren. Her hobbies include caring for her pugs (Montez and Pearl), long walks, and being on Lake Georgetown as often as she can.
