Janet L. McCullar
Janet is a nationally respected trial attorney known for her skill and success in the courtroom. Janet has represented clients in hundreds of complex divorce and custody cases. Erika D. Puente
Erika serves as Firm Administrator and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. As Firm Administrator, Erika is involved in a wide range of activities in all phases of administration, human resources, finance, accounting, and information technology. She has been in the legal field for over 15 years.
When not at work, Erika enjoys working out, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.
Josh was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He studied criminal justice at the University of Texas in San Antonio and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree 2010. After graduation, Josh worked as a legal assistant/case manager for Jones, Andrews & Ortiz, and later Watts Guerra, LLP.
In 2015 he moved to Austin, and started his professional career with The Law Office of Janet McCullar. Josh has over fifteen years experience working within the legal profession.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys running a company as a wedding photographer with his wife. He enjoys photography, outdoor activities, working out, and traveling.
Kiera is an experienced trial attorney who strives to serve and counseel her clients through the divorce or child custody process. Before joining the Law Office of Janet McCullar, Kiera served as an Assistant District Attorney for Comal County, handling all aspects of misdemeanor and felony prosecutions with the majority of her caseload being domestic violence related. She has tried more than 30 jury and trials in front of a judge. While Kiera is comfortable in a courtroom, she appreciates that for many divorce may be a person’s first exposure to a courtroom and she recognizes the difficult emotions that can come with litigation. She works to protect her client’s interests and guide them through this difficult time in their lives.
